We collect only what you choose to send us, and the basic technical information any website receives.

• Inquiry form: your name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number and organisation, plus the topic and message you write.
• Meeting request form: your name, email address, phone number, organisation if you give it, your preferred date, time window and type of meeting, the topic, and any notes.
• Share your idea form (Build with us): your name, email address, which group you belong to, the idea you describe, and a link if you add one.
• Emails you send us, including job applications, CVs and anything attached to them.
• Basic server logs: when you visit, the server that hosts this site may record your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. Our form handler also uses your IP address briefly, in memory, to limit how many forms can be sent from one connection; it does not store it.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health details, passwords, or payment card or bank details.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers it. That is not a cookie, it is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

If we ever add cookies or analytics, we will update this policy first.

When you send a form on this site, your details are delivered to our team inbox, which is operated on GyanMul's platform. GyanMul is a product of the same company. The inbox stores your message so our team can answer it, and it may use an automated assistant to sort and summarise incoming messages for the team. People on our team read and reply to them.

GyanMul's platform runs on service providers named in GyanMul's Privacy Policy, including Supabase (database), Amazon Web Services (email delivery) and Google Cloud (application hosting). Emails you send us are handled by our email provider.

• Service providers that host this website, run our team inbox and deliver our email, only so they can provide that service to us.
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed.
• Authorities, where the law of Nepal requires it.
• A successor organisation, if our business is reorganised or transferred, under the same protections.

We keep inquiries and meeting requests for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work or relationship that follows, and then delete them or remove the details that identify you. If you apply for a job and we do not hire you, we keep your application only as long as we need it to consider you, and we will delete it sooner if you ask. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period under its own policies.

• Traffic to and from this website is encrypted in transit using TLS.
• Forms are sent server to server into our inbox; the inbox's address and credentials never reach your browser.
• Access to the inbox is limited to the people on our team who need it.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will act promptly if something goes wrong.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
• Delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Stop or limit how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave earlier.

Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Nepal. When that happens, we use providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards and only for the purposes in this policy.
