These terms cover only this website. GyanMul, GyanMul Prep, Gurubaa AI and the GyanMul apps have their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, published at gyanmul.com/legal. Those documents, not these, govern your use of those products.

You may use this website to learn about Nepfex, to contact us and to apply to work with us. When you do, you agree not to:

• Break any law, or use the site to harm anyone.
• Try to gain access to systems or data you are not allowed to reach, or test, probe or bypass the site's security.
• Interfere with the site, overload it, or send malware or automated traffic designed to disrupt it.
• Send spam through the forms, or submit someone else's details or information you know to be false.
• Copy large parts of the site, or present it or its content as your own.

The content here is general information about Nepfex and its products and services. It is not an offer, a quotation or professional advice, and it may change without notice. Any work we do for you will be under a separate written agreement.

Nepfex Pay is in development. Subject to regulatory approval from Nepal Rastra Bank. Not yet available. Nothing on this website is an offer of payment services, and we do not accept money or sign-ups for Nepfex Pay here.

The names and marks Nepfex, GyanMul, GyanMul Prep, Gurubaa, Nepfex Pay and Firfirey, their logos and characters, and the text, design, screenshots and software of this website belong to Nepfex Innovations Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and share links to this website for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may not reuse our names, marks or content in a way that suggests our endorsement, or copy them for commercial use, without our written permission.

Third-party names, typefaces and open-source software used on this site belong to their owners and are used under their licences.

When you send a form or an email, you confirm that the information is yours to share and is accurate. You allow us to use it to answer you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential business information until we have agreed in writing how it will be handled.

This site links to other websites, including gyanmul.com and app stores. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and policies apply when you visit them.
